The project in detail

Context: Clément Deffrenne, the creator of the Clemquicourt YouTube channel, told the story of his Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc in a 55-minute film. The race had to be shown at a glance: 170 km, 10,000 m of elevation gain, three countries.
My role: The 3D map animation: the relief of the Mont Blanc massif and the race route, which lights up shot after shot.
The shots: Four shots: the full loop seen as a whole, two night passages along the ridges and into the valley, then a daytime flyover at the foot of the glaciers.

Animated 3D map of the UTMB for the YouTube film by Clément Deffrenne, aka Clemquicourt, about his Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc: 170 kilometers, 10,000 meters of elevation gain and three countries, France, Italy and Switzerland. The Mont Blanc massif in relief and the race route, lighting up in magenta around the peaks, by day and then by night. Four shots made in December 2025.
