Between France and Australia, the time difference becomes an asset: your evening feedback reaches me in the morning, and the revised version is waiting when you wake up. I work remotely, communicating in English, on the 3D visuals Australian brands need for e-commerce, social media and campaigns.
In short: I work remotely from France on 3D packshots, films and sets for Australian brands and agencies, mainly in beauty, jewelry, watches and fragrance. Sydney is 8 to 10 hours ahead of France depending on the season: the work moves forward while you sleep. We work in English, and invoices are in euros, before tax. One image from one angle costs €450 to €600 excl. VAT; an animated packshot up to 15 s, €900 to €1,800 excl. VAT.

A market that buys online
According to Australia Post’s 2026 e-commerce report, Australians spent a record 82.6 billion Australian dollars online in 2025. Beauty accounts for 2.0 billion of it, and about half of beauty spending, 49%, now happens online.
Online, a product sells on its image. A 3D render shows the texture of a cream, the clarity of a bottle or the sparkle of a piece of jewelry, and comes in every shade of a range.
The time difference as an asset
Sydney is 10 hours ahead of France during the French winter, 8 hours during the French summer, and 9 hours for about three weeks in October and one week in late March, when the two countries change their clocks on different dates.
In practice: you send feedback at the end of your day, I handle it during mine, and the new version is waiting for you the next morning.
Getting ready for key dates
In Australia, Christmas falls in midsummer, and the end of the year concentrates sales: in 2026, Black Friday on November 27, Cyber Monday on November 30 and Boxing Day on December 26. Click Frenzy, one of Australia’s big online sales, holds its main event every November.
The Australian financial year ends on June 30, a date many brands plan around. A 3D campaign is prepared several weeks before each of these dates.

How a remote project works
You send the brief, the product’s 3D or CAD file, preferably STEP, references and the intended use. I send previews to approve, then the final stills and films.
Invoicing, VAT and GST
I invoice in euros, before tax. For a business client established outside the European Union, my services (3D stills and films) are not subject to French VAT: the invoice states “VAT not applicable, article 259-1 of the French Tax Code”.
On the Australian side, according to the ATO, a GST-registered business buying a service from abroad provides its ABN and is not charged GST; if GST is due, it accounts for it itself through reverse charge. Check with your accountant.

3D packshots, films and sets in Cinema 4D and Octane for beauty, jewelry, watches and fragrance, for brands and agencies alike.
One image from one angle costs €450 to €600 excl. VAT; three angles, €700 to €1,100 excl. VAT; an animated packshot up to 15 s (product rotation or camera path), €900 to €1,800 excl. VAT. A staged film is priced on quote. Set design starts at €300 excl. VAT per image with a supplied 3D file; without one, it is priced on quote.
