When should you choose 3D?
To show a product before manufacturing, explore finishes or create different angles and colors. For a straightforward shoot of an available product, photography may be enough.
Modeling, materials and lighting
A 3D file, dimensioned drawings or photographs can get a product rendering started. I prepare or refine the 3D model, develop materials and textures, and set the lighting to achieve the intended finish.
For agencies and e-commerce brands
One 3D scene can produce variations in angle, color and finish without starting over. For an agency, I work within your art direction and approval process; for a brand, I start from your files or product references.
Approval and delivery
You approve framing and lighting through previews before the high-resolution render. Resolution, formats and any transparent backgrounds are agreed in advance.

Frama Herbarium: a close-up packshot that highlights the bottle’s transparency, color and label. Nintendo Switch 2: work on textures, materials and lighting, with a work-in-progress view before materials. Frama Herbarium, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Rabanne Phantom and iPhone 18 Pro Max are personal projects; iPhone 13 Pro Misty Pink is an independent artistic concept. None is presented as a commission from those brands.

Turnaround, files and formats
How much does a 3D packshot cost per product?
€450–600 excl. VAT for a still image of one product (1 angle). Three angles: €700–1,100 excl. VAT; an animation up to 15 s: €900–1,800 excl. VAT. One scene also covers variations in angle, color and finish.
How long does a 3D packshot take?
A 3D packshot can be delivered in a few days. A complete CGI project typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, and a more complex animation takes longer. I share a detailed schedule before work begins.
Which file formats do you deliver?
Still images are delivered as high-resolution PNGs, with transparent backgrounds on request. Animations are delivered as MP4, with a PNG sequence for product turntables and trajectories.
Are source files included?
Not automatically. Source files need to be specified in the quote.
What are the terms to get started?
A 50% deposit is due when the quote is signed. I work remotely, including with US teams. NDAs and white-label work are possible, depending on your contract.
